Terms of Use (English)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the 361tech.tech website (the "Site"), published by 361TECH, a SAS with share capital of €2,000, registered office at 14 rue Roger Morinet, 94800 Villejuif, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 945 349 231.
By accessing the Site, the user (the "User") accepts these Terms without reservation. Users who do not accept them should not use the Site.
1. Purpose
The Site presents 361TECH's activities, shares resources and content (articles, videos, podcasts, events), and allows newsletter subscription. These Terms set out the conditions under which the User may access and use the Site.
2. Access
The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. Access-related costs (equipment, connection, etc.) are borne by the User. 361TECH aims to keep the Site available but is not liable for interruptions, including for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond its control. Access may be suspended or modified at any time, without notice or compensation.
3. Intellectual property
All content and elements of the Site (text, "361°" logos, brand, visual identity, images, videos, podcasts, database, structure and source code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of 361TECH or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of 361TECH is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
4. User conduct
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms, and not to: disrupt or hinder the Site's operation; attempt unauthorised access to its systems; collect data about other users; or distribute unlawful, defamatory or infringing content. Any breach may result in suspension of access, without prejudice to legal action.
5. Newsletter
The User may freely subscribe to the newsletter by providing their email address and confirming consent, and may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to karimi.startup.ai@gmail.com. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. 361TECH has no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability or use.
7. Liability
Information on the Site is provided for guidance only and may change at any time. Within the limits permitted by law, 361TECH is not liable for indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site, nor for any malfunctions, viruses or anomalies affecting the User's equipment. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 361TECH's liability for gross negligence or where the law prohibits such limitation.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
361TECH may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when the Site is accessed. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, as provided by law.
