361TECH takes the protection of your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the 361tech.tech website, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data we collect
Currently, the website only collects the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter: your email address.
Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be processed automatically by our host/CDN to operate, secure and speed up the website. This data is not used for advertising tracking.
If we collect additional data in the future (contact form, user account, analytics, etc.), this policy will be updated beforehand.

You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with the technical providers (processors) that help us run the site and deliver the newsletter, solely for those purposes:
- Site delivery and security (hosting/CDN): Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
- Site creation and deployment: Lovable Labs AB (Sweden, EU/EEA).
- Email / newsletter delivery:
[to be completed — e.g. Resend, Inc.], acting as a processor that uses your data only to deliver our messages.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (notably the Cloudflare hosting/CDN and, where applicable, the email delivery service) are located outside the EU, in particular in the United States. In that case, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognised certification (e.g. the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). You may request a copy of these safeguards.
6. Retention
Your email address is kept for as long as you are subscribed, then deleted within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email, or by writing to karimi.startup.ai@gmail.com.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email karimi.startup.ai@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies
The site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies for operation and security (including any set by Cloudflare for security purposes) may be used; these do not require consent. If we add analytics in the future, a consent banner will be displayed and this policy updated.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the law. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
